The Lockheed SR-71B Blackbird is the two-seat training version of the legendary SR-71 strategic reconnaissance aircraft developed by Lockheed’s famous Skunk Works during the Cold War. Capable of flying at speeds exceeding Mach 3 and at extreme altitudes, the Blackbird remains one of the fastest aircraft ever operated.

The SR-71B variant was specifically designed to train crews before operational flights on the single-seat SR-71A. Only two two-seat aircraft were ever built, making this version particularly rare and highly desirable among aviation enthusiasts.

Revell’s 03751 kit faithfully reproduces this training variant in 1:48 scale with an impressive level of detail. The model captures the Blackbird’s futuristic appearance, including its long-streamlined fuselage, distinctive engine nacelles, and integrated delta wings.
