FAIRCHILD AU-23A PEACEMAKER

Description

Originaly a civilian Pilatus PC-6 Porter utility aircraft built by Pilatus Aircraft of Switzerland. Armed gunship, counter-insurgency, utility transport version for the U.S. Air Force. It was used during the Vietnam War in the early 1970s. 35 were built under licence in the USA by Fairchild Industries. All aircraft were sold to Royal Thai Air Force. (Scale : 1/48e)
