Cheese Delivery Car Liefer Pritschenwagen Typ 170V

Description

The Mercedes-Benz 170 V, internal code name: W136, is a passenger car which debuted with the 260 D as well as the 170 H at the Berlin Motor Show in February 1936.

It is the only model from the manufacturer Mercedes-Benz whose production was restarted after the Second World War. It was replaced by the Mercedes-Benz W120 ("pontoon") in 1953.

More than 70,000 examples were produced until 1942, making it Mercedes-Benz's best-selling pre-war model. It was available as a two- or four-door sedan, as well as a convertible and also as a two-seater roadster with a trunk seat (called Schwiegermuttersitz, "mother-in-law seat" in German).
