EBR-90 F1 mod.1951 w/FL-11 turret wheeled tank

Description

Armored reconnaissance vehicle produced in 1951 by Panhard, the EBR presents several interesting technical innovations: of symmetrical design, it can circulate indifferently in both directions and has two driving positions, four of the eight driving wheels can be raised on the road allowing a speed of more than 100km / h.

The evolution of battle tanks required the rearmament of EBRs, in 1964, the original 75mm gun was replaced by a 90mm gun. The modernization concerns 650 EBR Mle 51 equipped with FL11 turret, the other models are withdrawn from service.
