The De Havilland DH.94 Moth Minor was a British light aircraft developed in the late 1930s for touring and sport flying. Designed as a modern monoplane, it represented a new generation of De Havilland light aircraft before production was interrupted by the outbreak of the Second World War.

Manufacturing in Britain ceased during the conflict, while production continued in Australia to meet the requirements of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). Aircraft already operating with private owners and flying clubs in the United Kingdom were affected by wartime restrictions on civilian aviation and were often employed as training or liaison aircraft.

One particularly interesting example, originally built for Egypt, served with the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) in Egypt during 1942 under the nickname Sand Fly. Following the war, the Moth Minor returned to civilian service and remained active in touring, sporting events and air races until the 1970s. Several restored examples remain airworthy today.
