The MiniArt 53055 kit represents a German 3-ton cargo truck fitted with an MG 151/20 Drilling anti-aircraft weapon system during World War II. This type of improvised or semi-standardized conversion was used by German forces to provide mobile air defense against low-flying Allied aircraft while retaining transport capabilities.

The MG 151/20 Drilling consisted of three 20 mm cannons mounted together to deliver a high rate of fire against both aerial and light ground targets. Installed in the rear cargo area, the weapon transformed the truck into a versatile mobile anti-aircraft platform suited for convoy escort and frontline protection duties.
