UH-60A

Description

The UH-60 "Black Hawk" of Siskogi has a twin-engine, single-propeller, right-hand tail rotor layout, and a metal semi-monocoque fuselage. It was developed in 1972 at the request of the US Army to replace the old UH-1 "Iroquois" helicopter. Siskokki’s experimental aircraft YUH-60 conducted her first test flight in October 1974. In subsequent comparative experiments, YUH-60 defeated competitor Boeing’s YUH-61 and won an order from the military. After completing the test, it officially entered production in 1979 and entered the US Army to begin its service career.
